SRINAGAR, Mar 15: The Jammu & Kashmir Carrom team has been selected to represent the Union Territory at the 52nd Senior National Carrom Championship 2024-25, scheduled from March 17 to 21 at Talkatora Indoor Stadium, New Delhi.
The championship is organized by the All India Carrom Federation and hosted by the Delhi Carrom Association. The selected players for the Jammu & Kashmir Carrom team are Furqan Nazir, Shahid Ahmad, Arsalan Mehraj, Adnan Inayat, Saleem Jan, Faisal Ahmad Wani for the men’s team and Anzalna Rafiq, Kazima Khursheed, Saniya Haffiz and Sabahat Shafi for the women’s team. The team officials were Mudasir Khan (Men’s team) and Asra Shafi (Women’s Team).
Meanwhile, Adil Rashid Shah, President of the J&K Carrom Association, will also represent Jammu & Kashmir at the All India Carrom Federation’s Annual General Council Meeting in New Delhi on March 22, 2025.
