JAMMU, Feb 19: J&K-UT Youth Powerlifting Association selected UT level team for the participation in National Powerlifting Championship (Men-Women) equipped and unequipped under the banner of Indian Powerlifting Federation (IPF) Bench Press, Dead Lift and Powerlifting Championship scheduled to be held between February 23 to 25, 2024 at Surat, Gujarat.
The statement said the team was selected on the merit basis in the presence of Jatinder Singh (Lucky) President, Iqbal Singh, General Secretary, Vijaypal Singh Senior Vice President, Dr Hemant Abrol, Neete Kour, Sahil Anand, Harish Verma, Prince Singh and other officials.
J&K UT Youth Powerlifting team is Kunal Verma, Ritesh Gupta, Krishna Verma, Paras Kumar, Sumit Thakyal, Honey Sharma, Krish Gupta and Ravinder Singh.
