JAMMU, Sept 9: The Jammu wing of Jammu and Kashmir Cricket Association (JKCA) is holding selection trial camps for the already shortlisted Ranji trophy, Under-23 and Under-19 probables plus the desirous cricketers from the other districts at GGM Science College Jammu and MA Stadium from September 18, 2014.
According to a handout issued here by joint secretary Jammu wing, Sudershan Mehta and vice chairman, Rakesh Kumar, the provincial squads of Jammu will be picked during these Camps.
The handout added that the selectors for picking the Ranji trophy provincial team will be Vinod Sharma and Vivek Sharma, while Surjeet Singh Shanty and Dr ADS Manhas will pick the provincial squad for Under-23 format and U-19 boys Jammu provincial squad will be picked by the selectors namely Randhir Singh (Rajan) and Ravinder Singh.
The handout added that the Camps for Under-14 and Under-16 boys, besides junior and senior girls will be announced later-on.
