JAMMU, June 23: The J&K Handball Association celebrated World Handball Day at the playing field, Shastri Nagar, here today
Different functions were organized in different districts of Jammu and Kashmir (UT) to celebrate “World Handball Day” under the banner of J&K Handball Association where office bearers of JKHA and handball players of different districts pledged to popularize the game in J&K.
The events were organized in order to encourage more people to know about the importance of Handball Game and raise awareness regarding the game. Ashwani Raina, Executive Member Handball Association India appreciated the efforts of all the affiliated units of district of J&K and distributed Handball Balls among Handball players.
