JAMMU, Feb 13: A power point competition was held in JK Montessorie Senior Secondary School under the Forum of Youth Talent Search where students of various schools across the city participated in large numbers.
Youth Talent Search is a Forum which aims at exploring the latent talents in children and encourages them to give flight to their dreams by organizing different activities and competitions at different levels. It serves as a platform for the students to showcase their talents.
The topics of the competition were Cyber Crime and G-20. This competition was open for students of class 8th only. The motive of the competition was to enhance the technical minds and skills of presenting the topic. The event provided a platform to the students to exhibit their talents with great enthusiasm and passion. Their brilliance reflected fully in their presentations.
The judges Anuradha Kumari and Surbhi Sharma Senior Lecturers Boys Higher Secondary School Nowabad were also impressed with the remarkable show of talent and congratulated the winners.
The first prize was bagged by two schools Elite Public High School and JK Montessorie. The second prize went to Humanity Public School while Alexander Memorial School stood third in the competition. The winners were felicitated by Judges and the Principal of the School. Earlier, the programme started with lighting of traditional lamps by all the guests present there followed by a welcome address given by Aarti Gupta Principal JKMS.
