SRINAGAR, Oct 12: Jammu and Kashmir Police (JKP)-B thrashed AG’s Office football team by four goals to nil (4-0) to win the title trophy of the A Division Football Tournament, organized by the Jammu and Kashmir Football Association (JKFA), DFA Srinagar, here.
JKP players dominated the game from the word go and played as a cohesive unit to unsettle the rivals and script a resounding win in the summit clash.
Meanwhile, due to heavy rain and inclement weather and wet ground conditions, the final match of the State Bank of India Knockout Football Tournament has been postponed and will be played on October 14, 2013 from 3 pm onwards.
