Jammu, Aug 28: The Jammu & Kashmir Sports Council (JKSC) has announced open selection trials for two major national football events; the 78th Senior Men’s Santosh Trophy and the 29th Senior Women’s National Football Championship (NFC). These trials are a significant opportunity for aspiring footballers to showcase their talent and represent Jammu & Kashmir at the national level.
The trials for the Senior Men’s Santosh Trophy will be held on August 30 and 31, while the trials for the Senior Women’s NFC are scheduled for September 2nd and 3rd. Both events will take place at the Mini Stadium Parade Ground in Jammu, starting from 3:00 pm each day. Selected players will undergo a coaching camp to prepare for the national championships.
Organisers said interested players are encouraged to attend the trials on their respective dates.
