JAMMU, Nov 11: J&K Taekwondo Association under the aegis of Taekwondo Federation of India hosted fourth Black Belt Dan Promotion Test at Indoor Complex, MA Stadium.
Advocate PC Sharma was chief guest on the occasion, while, Nissar Hussain, vice president, JKTA and Advocate DN Pangotra, general secretary was the guest of honour.
This test was conducted under the chairmanship of Anil Gupta and supervision of Sundermani Patel, Technical Director, Taekwondo Federation of India, North Zone.
Jyoti Nagpal and Somdutt Bhardwaj from Delhi were TFI Examiner in this test.
24 International level and National level players from J&K, Chandigarh, Punjab, Haryana participated in the test.
Before the test, Vishal Academy of Taekwondo conducted special training camp for participants under the ATUL Pangotra, International Coach.
The players who successfully completed Black Belt test were Atul Bandral, Gautam Uppal, Abhinav Sharma, Dheeraj Kumar, Rohit Kumar, Sidhika, Mehul Puri, Anchit Bakshi, Suhail Ahmed Gani, Aquib Gulzar, Heena Bali, Honey Bali, Manoj Khajuria, Taruna Khajuria., Monika Sharma, Rudresh Pillai, Deepanshi Verma, Sanjana, (all 1st Dan Black Belt) Arvind Kumar Satti, Mukta Gupta, Rajat Thakur, Varinder Sharma, Rakesh Kumar (all 2nd Dan Black Belt) and Arjun Gupta (3rd Dan Black Belt).
