JAMMU, Jan 27: Jammu and Kashmir Taekwondo Association (JKTA) under the aegis of Taekwondo Federation of India organized a Colour Belt Promotion Test and Prize Distribution Ceremony at “AITA” Dogra Brahman Pratinidhi Sabha, Parade here.
Nine players of Atul International Taekwondo Academy and Vishal Academy of Taekwondo were successfully upgraded in the promotion test.
Atul Pangotra, chief coach of VAOT and AITA and Mohammad Saud Bhat (International player) distributed Belts and certificates to the successful candidates.
Zaheer Abbass Khan (treasurer, JKTA) declared result of the upgraded candidates. Anuj Sharma, treasurer, District Jammu Taekwondo Association, was the convener of the test.
The candidates who succeeded in the test included Tushar Gupta (Blue Belt), Soham Sharma (Green Belt), Sushant Verma (Green Belt), Atul Manhas (Green Belt), Ridham Aggarwal (Green Belt), Santosh Kumar Rath (Green Belt), Sourav Sharma (Green Belt), Vasundra Sharma (Green Belt) and Pranshu Gupta (Green Belt).
