JAMMU, Mar 3: Jammu Municipal Corporation today sealed two shops at Channi Himmat, which were illegally constructed by converting the residential building into commercial one, in violation of land use of the area.
On the instructions of Dr Manmohan Singh, JMC and under the supervision of R S Jamwal, Joint Commissioner (Administration), the Enforce-ment staff sealed two shops illegally constructed by Sushil Kumar son of. Kishori Lal at Plot No: 286/7 Channi Himmat, Jammu, under section 8 (1) of J&K Control of Building Operation Act, 1988. The sealing operation was conducted with the help of Police Force from Channi Himmat Police Station and District Police Lines, Jammu.
