JAMMU, Nov 12: Jodhamal XI defeated Sidhant Cricket Academy- B by 10 runs in the ongoing 2nd Col RN Chopra Challenge Cup at IIIM-CSIR cricket ground, here today.
Batting first, Sidhant Academy scored paltry total of 54 runs in 15 overs, with Aradhya top scoring with 8 runs. For Jodhamal, Abu Baker took 5 wickets, while Anmol, Harish, Dhruv, Vanamlin and Aditya claimed one wicket each.
In reply, Jodhamal scored 55 runs in 9 overs without losing any wicket, thus won the match by 10 wickets. Aditya Abrol and Dhruv Singh scored 29 and 22 runs respectively.
The matches were officiated by Deepak Dogra and Akash Manhas.
Now in the semifinals, CCA Green will face Model Academy and Jodhamal will take on Sidhant-A.
