JAMMU, May 27: Representing Jammu District in the Inter-District Basketball Tournament, the eves (female students) of Jodhamal School blossomed in Under-17 girls summit clash win against Srinagar, here.
The Jammu district team, which won gold medal, possessed 6 girls of Jodhamal School, out of 9 girls selected for Jammu District team.
In the finals, the Jammu girls defeated their Srinagar counterparts by 18 baskets to 6, with Stuti Kuthiala, Ishita Dhar, Antariksha Pathania, Danish Koul, Navisha Gupta and Mehak Trehan of Jodhamal excelling in the event.
School Principal, Trilok Singh Bist felicitated the girls for their achievement and lauded the efforts of the students and their coach, Sachin Dogra, besides CCA coordinator Nandini Bakshi.
