JAMMU, Oct 9: Jodhamal Public School, Jammu organised a function in school here today.
Vikram Randhawa, former MLC, J&K was chief guest on this occasion. As the swearing-in ceremony commenced the newly-elected Prefects paced up the stage with pride in their gait, and glow on their faces.
They were bestowed with badges and sashes by the chief guest. A total of 45 students were conferred with various portfolios. The Senior School Head Boy, Anish Arora, administered the oath of allegiance to the Prefects in all solemnity and encouraged the students to cherish their duties, upholding the school’s ethics. Principal, Girish Kumar welcomed all the guests in his address.
Following students from the Junior School were conferred upon with the badges and sashes were Maanya Vikram Randhawa, Head Girl, Reyaan Thaapa, Head Boy, Aahana Abrol, Dy. Head Girl, Pavit Arora, Dy. Head Boy, Bidhatri Chakroborty and Adhiraj Sawhney, Academic Prefects, Seeratdeep Kaur Wazir and Aayansh Gupta, CCA Prefects, Aariv Mahajan, Sehaj Seerat Kaur, Nirosha Chopra and Aadhvan Sharma, Discipline Prefects, Daneen Shah and Samar Mahajan, Eco Prefects, Pearl Suri and Saiansh Bhat, Sports Prefects, Srishti Kapoor and Atharv Rai, Challenge House Prefects, Iqlaksh Kaur and Harnaveer Singh, Discovery House Prefects, Sugandh Mahajan and Reyansh Kesar, Enterprise House Prefects, Samaira Dewan and Khan Zain, Invention House Prefects, Aamna Tanveer Shah and Rajveer Singh.
