JAMMU, May 22: Jodhamal Public School celebrated the success of its skaters who clinched 99 medals at the State and the National level events in the season.
The School won 40 gold, 32 silver and 27 bronze medals in All India Open Roller Skating Championship at Mussoorie (Uttarakhand) and State Level Roller Skating Championship held in Jammu recently.
The gold medal winners included Prisha Chandok, Yuvraj Singh, Ifra Chowhan, Gazia Garzeen, Sapandana Fatedar, Pragati Gupta, Zitin Koul, Uddyan Bhardhwaj, Vansh Rajput, Rakshit Saini, Naman Chandok, Ananya Singh, Gursimran Kour, Gaganjyot Singh, Yuvraj Singh, while those skaters who bagged the silver included Paritosh Kohli, Lavish, Aarfeen Ismat, Ifra Chowhan, Ravish Fatima, Vamika Chowdhary, Nitiyan Chowdhary, Uddyan Bhardhwaj, Guruashish Chowdhary, Rakshit Saini, Faizan Chowdhary, Krishi Gupta, Manit Gupta, Ananya Singh, Gurisimran Kour and Gaganjyot Singh.
The bronze medal winners were Paritosh Kohli, Lavish, Nandita Mehta, Aarfeen Ismat, Yuvraj Singh, Manya Gupta, Ifra Chowhan, Nikunj Langer, Harish Sharma, Pragati Gupta, Uddyan Bhardhwaj, Prakhar Bisht, Ananya Singh, Yuvraj Singh and Gaganjyot Singh.
These skaters achieved the medals under the mentorship of Kamal Anand and Aman Anand, the skating coaches of the School. Principal, Trilok Singh Bist acknowledged the students for this achievement.
