Jodhamal students excel in Wushu Championship

JAMMU, Dec 1: The students of Jodhamal Public School, Jammu brought laurels to the institution by winning 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in the 1st CBSE National Wushu Championship held at Merrut.
Ayeesha Hayaat stood first, Akashika Chopra bagged the second spot, while Aadya Sambyal and Garvit Mahajan shared third place.
These students because of their hard work and passion for the game, after having tough fight with top CBSE schools of Delhi, NCR and North Zone achieved the success.
The team was prepared by Aashi Jamwal, Wushu coach of Jodhamal School.
The Principal of the School, Trilok Singh Bist lauded the efforts of the students for this achievement.
