JAMMU, Aug 3: Joginder Singh Rai, Additional Secretary to the Government, Department of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, holding additional charge of the post of Chief Executive Officer, IWMP, has been transferred and posted as Additional Deputy Commiss-ioner, Billawar.
Kuldeep Krishan Sidha, Additional Secretary, Depart-ment of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, shall hold the additional charge of the post of Chief Executive Officer, IWMP, relieving Joginder Singh Rai, of the additional charge of the post.
