JPBDC organises Dangal at Bishnah

SAMBA, Aug 30: Jai Peer Baba Dangal Committee (JPBDC) organised a Dangal competition at Nandpur Tibba in Bishnah here today.
Chief Guest, Youth President Shiv Sena Hindustan J&K-UT Ganesh Choudhary urged both the Union Government and LG Administration to improve sports infrastructure across the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir to give a push to sporting activities.
Top bout was played between wrestler Bashir from Jammu and wrestler Kulbir from Kot Bhalwal which was won by Bashir rewarded big Fridge and Cooler, 2nd top bout was played between Wrestler Kaka from RS Pura and wrestler Sonu from Jalandhar, which was won by wrestler Kaka and he was awarded with big AC Cooler, third position bout was played between wrestler Sethi from Akhnoor and Bunty from Haryana which was won by wrestler Sethi and he was awarded Steel Almirah.
Prominent among those present on the occasion were Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP), Samba Surinder Choudhary, Sarpanch Jyoti Chaudhary, Lambardar Joginder Singh, Gurdeep Singh, Prithvi Chaudhary, Rattan Choudhary, Master Buti Ram, Lambardar Yashpal, Shankar Singh, Kimati Chaudhary, Nek Ram, Sanjeev Kumar, Raj Kumar Gupta, Bharat Bhushan, Ajay Kumar besides others.
Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP), Samba Surinder Choudhary emphasized, “There is no dearth of wrestling talent in both the men and women sections in Jammu region provided basic infrastructure and career opportunities is a bigger drawback responsible for not enabling our wrestlers to perform better at nationals.”
