Jr Girls Cycle Polo team leaves for Nat’l C’ship

Srinagar, Jan 20: Jammu and Kashmir’s Junior Girls Cycle Polo team embarked on a journey to Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh to participate in the 26th Junior National Cycle Polo Championship 2024.
The team was flagged off by General Secretary Sheikh Zulfikar. The championship organized by the Cycle Polo Federation of India and Madhya Pradesh Cycle Polo Association is scheduled from January 20 to 22, 2024.
The J&K team was selected through rigorous trials at Gindun Stadium Raj Bagh and team screening at Bakshi Stadium Srinagar by J&K Sports Council comprises Bibi Toyeeba, Dar Iflah, Fiza Kounsar, Dar Jaziba, Tahoora, Sadaf Arif, Dar Irtiza, and Nihana Nazir. The team is under the guidance of Coach Vilayat Hussain and team manager is Iqra Mushtaq.
