JAMMU, Feb 10: Taking the momentum of Mumbai Marathon forwards, four runners of Jammu Runners Group (JRG) participated and got finisher medals by giving their personal best timings in one of country’s biggest running events at Jaipur, recently.
Sunil Dog-ra participated in Full Marathon (42.2 Km), DySP Surinder Choudhary participated in Half Marathon and bagged bronze medal by securing 3rd position in age category of 45 to 55 years, while Amarjeet Singh and Jatinder Sharma participated in Half marathon (21.1 Km) .
This 10th edition of the event was organised by Sanskriti Yuva Sanstha along with World Trade Park.
The AU Bank Jaipur Marathon has been growing leaps and bounds since its inception and has garnered an overwhelming backing from eminent personalities, audacious army men and policemen.
The Marathon is one of the most spectacular marathons in India.
