JAMMU, Dec 22: Junior Primary Wing of Jammu Sanskriti School celebrated Junior Sports Meet here today. The students, staff, and parents were filled with zeal to witness the extraordinary endeavours of the students, who worked enthusiastically for this occasion.
Sarah Rizvi, DIG (Training) PHQ, Jammu was chief guest and Bhanu Pratap Singh (Assistant Director Sports Authority of India Incharge Jammu & Kashmir) was the guest of honour while the special invitees for the day were Ravinder Singh (Associate Secretary of J&K Olympic Association) and Harinderpal Singh Lecturer  (Directorate Of Sports And Physical Education) Jammu University.
Harpreet Singh Anand, Chairman-JSS, Sunakshi Anand, Director and Rohini Aima, Principal cum vice-chairperson were also present there. The sporting events commenced with Yoga, promoting physical and mental well-being, and races for various age groups, including the 30 meters race for pre-nursery and the 50 meters race for 2nd graders. Sarah Rizvi addressed the gathering and appreciated the participants on their enthusiastic display of talent and spirit of sportsmanship.
