JAMMU, Oct 21: Jammu Sanskriti School held an Inter-School Competition on Climate Action (SDG-13) here today. Around 100 students from more than 10 schools across the city showcased their skills in their respective events.
The inter-school event, comprising several competitions, was a fusion of talent, imagination, creativity, and alertness. Nidhi Kohli, Principal Kindergarten appreciated the participation of eminent schools. The chief guest for the event was Rupa Gupta, Joint Director of MIER College of Education, while Deepika Gupta, Principal of Ola World School, Bishnah, was the special invitee. The 1st Prize in “Nurture Nature – Fancy Dress” was awarded to Tavnish Kour from Jammu Sanskriti School and Zayna Fatima from IDPS Jammu. The 1st prize in “Greener Future – Show & Tell” was won by Bhanu Pratap Choudhary from Jammu Sanskriti School, Jammu. The 1st Prize in “Econama – Dance & Drama” was won by Jammu Sanskriti School, Jammu, and TAPPS Jammu Cantonment. Judges for various events were Harleen Kour, Dr. Sheetal Karan Chalhotra, and Navdeep Kour.
