JAMMU, Dec 19: The Hockey (Women) Team of University of Jammu (JU) is going tomorrow to Rohtak in Haryana to participate in the forthcoming North Zone Inter-University Hockey (Women) Tournament to be organized by MDU Rohtak from December 22-27, 2014. The team comprises of Prabhleen Kour (Captain), Pallvi Sharma (Vice Captain), Manu Singh Pawar, Priya Choudhary, Rupali Sharma, Neha Malhotra, Minakshi Khajuria, Ruksana Akhtar, Manpreet Kour, Aiena Sharma, Barkha Sharma, Vandana Sharma, Sonika Sharma, Anjali, Nidha Rashid and Nahida Nabi. Ruchika Sharma and Charanjit Singh are accompanying the team as coach and manager, respectively. Prof Dhian S Bhau, Director, Directorate of Sports and Physical Education, accompanied by PD Singh, today interacted with the team players and blessed them for the successful participation in the said tournament.
