JAMMU, June 29: A five days Junior Golf Camp for the kids concluded at Jammu Tawi Golf Course (JTGC), here today. Secretary, JTGC Hitesh Gupta accentuated that camp was aimed to attract young talent in golfing and bestow them opportunity to hone skills in the game. The kids from different schools and walks of life actively participated in the event. During the camp, NGAI certified professional coach Rohit Gupta trained the participants in golfing techniques like grip, stance, putting strokes and proper golf swing.
In fiercely fought contest, Athrav Rishi was adjudged winner followed by Rayan Gupta, Medhansh, Anand Abrol and Gyasa by expert Golfer BB Sharma.
Parents of the participating kids requested the Secretary, JTGC to organize such camps at regular intervals in future.
