JAMMU, Mar 29: J&K Amateur Kabaddi Association announced UT level team for the upcoming 16th Senior National Circle Style Kabaddi Championship, scheduled to be held at Kharar (Punjab) from April 1 to 3.
The team will participate under the banner of J&K Amateur Kabaddi Association and J&K Sports Council.
Ashok Singh, Divisional Sports Officer of J&K Sports Council distributed sports kits among the selected players in the presence of Satish Kumar, Manager, Surinder Mohan- general secretary of Association, Sangram Singh, Sanjit Kumar, Rakesh Kumar, Anil Sharma and Manik Sharma after screening.
Team Men: Sahil Sagoch (Captain), Pankaj Manhas, Jasvir Singh, Sahil Sharma, Sudesh Kumar, Younas Shabam, Inderjeet Singh, Gulzar Ahmed Dar, Sageer Avas, Mushtaq Ali, Mohd Yousaf, Saleem, Noor Mohd and Rohit Kumar, while Rakesh Kumar and Manik Sharma will accompany the team as manager and coach.
Team Women: Mano Bibi (Captain), Indra Sharma, Sakshi Saini, Manisha Devi, Meenakshi Thakur, Vishali Rani, Preeti Devi, Vishali Kaith, Taniya, Ruchika Singh, Samta Devi, Soufey Nazir, Divya Chauhan and Tanishka, while Rakesh Kumar is the manager and Kajal is the coach of the team.
