JAMMU, Nov 12: J&K UT level Kabaddi Team left for participation 48th Junior National Kabaddi Championship in boys section, scheduled to be held at Haridwar, Uttarakhand from November 17 to 20.
The UT team will participate under the banner of J&K Amateur Kabaddi Association and J&K Sports Council.
Sardar SS Gill, Associate Vice President, J&K Amateur Kabaddi Association and Sardar Sandeep Singh, Chairman, Anti Dope Committee of the Association distributed sports kits among the selected players in the presence of Ashok Singh, Divisional Sports Officer of J&K Sports Council, Surinder Mohan- Gen. Secretary, Ajay Gupta, Incharge, Kabaddi Stadium, Gopal Das of Sports Council, Joginder Kumar of Sports Council and Jasveer Singh.
Team: Amrit Dev Singh (Captain), Ajay Kumar, Laxman, Irfan Ahmed Mir (Vice Captain), Karan Kumar, Shiva Bandral, Pratyaksh Bogia, Vanshit Sharma, Vasu Sharma, Mohd Ashraf, Avair Shamim and Abhi Sharma, while Jasveer Singh is the manager of the team and Sudesh Kumar Raina (NIS Coach of Police Team) is the coach of the team.
