JAMMU, Dec 5: J&K Amateur Kabaddi Association is conducting trials for the forthcoming 39th Junior National Kabaddi championship for boys and girls to be held at Tamil Nadu from December 26 to 30.
This was disclosed by General Secretary of J&K Amateur Kabaddi Association Kuldeep Kumar Gupta.
All the interested players of the Tehsil level, District level and others who are registered with the association are requested to participate in the trials to be conducted at Green Field Gandhi Nagar from December 6 to 8 along with original date of birth certificates.
The eligibilities of age for junior boys and girls will be below 20 years (born on or after January 1, 1994) and weight 65 kg for boys and 60 kg for girls.
Anil Gupta, president of the association, said that random verification will be conducted by the Amateur Kabaddi Federation of India from the concerned institutions and if any Player found guilty, the concerned player will be debarred for a period of three years from the same year and player has to return medals and certificates awarded by the association.
