JAMMU, Jan 4: The J&K Amateur Kabaddi Association (JKAKA) will conduct selection trials for the 49th Junior National Kabaddi Championship for boys and girls from January 9 to 11, 2024.
General Secretary of J&K Amateur Kabaddi Association, Surinder Mohan Gupta informed that the selection trials will be held at Kabaddi field, MA Stadium at 3:30 pm.
The eligibility criteria for the trials in boys were 70kg and below body weight and age 20 years or below on 04/02/2024 while for girls 65 kg and below body weight and age 20 years or below on 04/02/2024.
Gupta asked all the affiliated districts and clubs to send their registered players for trials who will participate in 49th Junior National Kabaddi Championship for boys and girls which is going to be held at Hyderabad from February 1 to 4.
Gupta further stated that all the eligible players will have to bring two passport size photographs, photocopies of their Aadhar Card, Amateur Kabaddi Federation of India registration Card, domicile certificate of J&K, Medical Fitness Certificate from Authorised Doctor. Those who have not registered with the AKFI will not be eligible to participate in the trials.
