Kaith biradari organizes ‘Mulaqat’ programme

JAMMU, June 18: Kaith Biradari organised a ‘Mulaqat’ programme’ at Kothe Chohala, R.S.Pura, today.
Addressing the gathering, the Biradari chief Lt Col (retd) Manohar Lal Kaith, said though half of the Kaith Biradari got bifurcated and migrated to different parts of the country from Kainthgali in 1421 AD, yet the hearts of the Biradari members still beat for each other. The colonel added that such member to member interaction would forge unity among them.
The Biradari chief  put light on the remarkable contribution of great social leader Jaggo Ram Kaith and felicitated the meritorious students of the Biradari and impressed the Biradari members that the children being future hope must be provided all opportunities to excel in academic, sports, professional and technical fields.
He urged the Biradari members to eradicate social evils prevalent in them which have resulted in weakening them and creating a sense of inadquacy in them. Earlier, the Biradari members paid their obeisance to Bua Uttam Devi Ji in her temple to seek her blessings for the welfare of self and their families.
Earlier the programme started with felicitation of Biradari guest who came from different corners of J&K, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab and Rajasthan.
Prominent among the personalities attending the programme included Messrs R.L.Kaith, Ex-Sarpanch Ravi Kaith, Capt. Girdhari Lal Kaith, Master Naresh Kaith, Bharat Bhushan Kaith, Hav. Des Raj Kaith, Dr Som Raj Kaith, Sat Pal and Ram Dass.
