PARIS, July 8: Shiv Kapur ran into rough weather early in the final round to return a card of 73 and finish tied 23rd in the Alstom Open de France Golf tournament near here today.
Kapur’s tied 23rd finish was rather disappointing after having been in the top 15 for the middle two rounds.
Jeev Milkha Singh had a roller-coaster of a round with one birdie, one eagle, two bogeys and on double bogey in his 73 that saw him finish at six-over and in 46th place.
Marcel Siem held off a stunning final round charge from Francesco Molinari to claim his second European Tour title. (PTI)
