Karate Training Camp concludes

JAMMU, Sept 23: 2-days Karate Training Camp, organized by Shito Ryu Seiko Kai Karate Do Association Jammu & Kashmir, concluded at Gandhi Bhawan, here today. About 50 karatekas participated in the camp and honed their skill to be ready for the forthcoming State and National level competitions.
The campers were imparted training by Tushar Jandial, International player, Shaveta Gupta, Anup Singh Bandral, Deepika Chauhan, Sahil Singh, International player (all Black Belts from AIKF).
The certificates were awarded to the participants by Sensei Ambedkar Gupta, 4th Dan Black Belt from All India Karate Federation (AIKF), the Style Chief of the Shito Ryu Style of Karate in State and President, Amateur Karate Do Association of Jammu & Kashmir.
Meanwhile, Dr Abid Hussain, Aman Kumar and Ravi Kumar were also awarded Brown Belt in Shito Ryu Seiko Kai Karate.
It is pertinent to mention here that the association is an affiliate Unit of All India Karate Do Federation (AIKF) and recognised by Govt of India, Indian Olympic Association, Amateur Karate Do Association of Jammu & Kashmir (AKAJK) and J&K State Sports Council.
