Sir,
I would like to bring it in the notice of all that in Jammu we watch DD Jammu during a short period of two hours from 6 PM to 8 PM. Doordarshan authorities are imposing DD Kashir in the morning from 7.30 am onwards as well as from 5.00 PM to 6.30 PM depriving people of Jammu to watch DD Delhi/DD News. The people who want to see DD Kashir can do this through cable network or Dish TV. Then why to impose DD Kashir on Jammu people who do not know Kashmiri. During these days, since 6-7 Sept. 2014 when Srinagar Doordarshan could not telecast, we at Jammu enjoy DD Delhi/DD news and other national programmes.
I therefore request Doordarshan people to kindly let the Jammu people see DD programmes telecast from Delhi as is being done these days. I hope DD will listen to aspiration of Jammu people and not telecast DD Kashir on Jammu Doordarshan.
