SILIGURI, Apr 13: Kashmir FC held Hindustan FC to a well fought goalless draw in round-6 of I-league division 2nd at Siliguri in North Bengal.
The players of both the teams displayed superb attacking soccer skills and defended their areas when it mattered the most.. It was a neck in neck contest with both teams trying their level best to create chances, however, the defence was such that none of the teams succeeded in converting chances into goals.
Fayaz from Kashmir FC made superb attempt but his shot missed the target by a whisker, while acrobatic goalkeeper of Kashmir FC, Naveen made two vital saves in the first half.
Valiant efforts in second half also helped the team to maintain the position at the 2nd spot in the table with 13 points just a game to go before the 1st round of I-League Division 2nd comes to an end.
