JAMMU, Feb 7: State president, Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP), Tulsi Dass Langeh today said that there is no real Kashmir problem and this is only created by Kashmir centric leadership of NC, Congress, PDP and All Party Hurriyat Conference to divert the attention of the people of the State from real issues concerning the common man like unemployment, rampant corruption, sky rocketing prices of essential commodities besides others.
“Funds received under different sectors are being diverted to other sectors and some of them are shown spent only on papers. No funds are utilized properly on ground level due to which people are facing severe hardships in the absence of basic amenities”, said BSP leader while addressing a meeting of party workers from Jammu and Samba districts.
Langeh said it is a mater of great astonishment that our State, which has a lot of natural resources, has become a beggar in the hands of Kashmir centric leadership instead of becoming self reliant. The situation has so deteriorated that State Government is not in a position to pay salary to its employees in case the funds are not received from the Centre, he added.
The BSP leader said that time has come to defeat such political forces in the forthcoming Lok Sabha and Assembly elections to save the State from plundering in future.
