DODA, May 22: The ongoing State level Inter District U-14 kabaddi tournament organized by the Department of Youth Services and Sports Kishtwar today witnessed impressive performances by the teams of Kathua and Samba who qualified for the Finals .
In 1st Semi-final Kathua defeated Jammu by 56/42 points and in 2nd Semi-final Samba defeated Reasi by a massive 68/19 points. Beside this matches for the 3rd place were also held in which Jammu bagged 3rd place by defeating Reasi by 27/20 points . The Final of the U-14 kabaddi tournament will be held on 23rd of May 2014.
The tournament was conducted under overall supervision of Chander Shekhar, Lecturer Physical Education of GHSS Boys Kishtwar. Besides the matches were officiated by Joginder Singh P.E.M HSS Girls, Roshan Lal Shan P.E.M HS Drubil, Subash Chander P.E.M HSS Boys, Duni Chand P.E.M GHS Atholi, Bharti Serawat P.E.M GHS Sangram Bhata, Satish Kumar P.E.T HS Machail, Sanjay Sen P.E.T (H/S Basmina), Karnail singh P.E.T (HSS Boys Kishtwar), Suman kumar P.E.T (HSS Failer), Subash chnder P.E.T (DYSSO KISHTWAR), Arshad Choudhary P.E.T (HSS Mughal Maidan), Vijay Kumar P.E.T (M/s Bhoopnagar) and Zorawar P.E.T (M/s Pochhal).
