In a statement issued here, the senior BJP leader said that right to protest peacefully and disagree with the decision of Government is a democratic right of people and public had have enjoyed the right surely but at the same time Congress party and its leadership from top to bottom has been provoking the people and turned the peaceful protest into riots by creating law and order problem.
“Congress party had always given a caste and communal colour to every public issue. Provoking people against the nation and instructing its activists and workers for anti Government activists is against the law and nation,” Gupta said.
