JAMMU, Feb 22: KAWA Institute of Management and Technology has been awarded best institution in the field of Higher Education and was collected by its chairman M S Katoch and Abhimanyu Katoch, managing director of the group, recently.
The award was conferred by Padam Vibhushan Dr Karan Singh (MP Rajya Sabha) in a one day conference on National Educational Excellence Award 2014 at hotel Shangri-la, Janpath, New Delhi. The organisations with highest contribution to the society in terms of employment, placement, quality education were shortlisted for the Excellence Award. Only 58 institutions out of 470 entries got the honour of getting this award in their respective sectors.
