JAMMU, Jan 24: Kawa Institute of Management and Technology organized two days Sports Meet, which concluded, here today.
Various events were organized in the Meet which included Badminton, Tug of War, Carrom, Cricket and Chess.
All the students participated with full joy and fervour.
In Cricket, Team A (BCA-II Year) and Team B (BCA-III Year) participated, wherein Team A emerged winner.
In race, 12 students participated among them Blesson Raju Varghese (BCA-III Year), Shankar Singh (BCA-II Year) and Jitesh Tickoo (BCA-III year) were adjudged as first, second and third respectively.
In Tug-of-War between BCA-II and BCA-III, latter emerged winner, while in Badminton, Blesson, Jitesh, Ropali and Monika were winners.
At the end, Dr Anita Bali, Principal of College announced the names of the winners and lauded their efforts.
The programme was managed by co-coordinator, Geeta Devi, Lecturer in Computer Science.
