JAMMU, May 24: KC Gurukul Public School Paloura inducted the members of newly elected Prefectorial Body in the new School building during an Investiture Ceremony, here today.
The ceremony was presided over by the chief guest Israr Khan, SSP Samba, while chairman of the School, Arvind Mahajan was also present on the occasion.
The programme began with the lighting of the traditional lamp by the dignitaries, which was followed by classical dance and school song in a sequential manner.
The chief guest decorated the Head Boy and Head Girl with badges and sashes.
He his speech, Mr Khan asked the students to be responsible citizens and solve the problems rationally.
The School chairman and the Academic Director of KCGPS also spoke on the occasion.
