JAMMU, Nov 30: KC Gurukul Public School Paloura excelled in the Inter-School English Debate Competition conducted within the school campus, here today.
Eight Public Schools namely GD Goenka, KC Public, KC International, BSF Paloura, Jodhamal, Banyan International Public and the host school, took part in this mega event.
The Principal of KC Gurukul School, Dr B R Dogra presented welcome address.
Dr Ranjodh Jamwal and Madam Vidushi Bakshi were the adjudicators of the event.
Tarun Sharma of KC Gurukul was declared the winner and the second position was bagged by Sheikh Snober of Jodhamal Public School, while the third place was shared by Archita Tandon of KC International School and Irha Sheikh of the host school.
Over all Trophy was awarded to KC Gurukul Public School Paloura. Other participants of the school were also given the certificates.
The prize distribution ceremony was presided over by the chairman of the host school, Arvind Mahajan alongwith Vijay Puri, Academic Director.
