JAMMU, Dec 29: KC International School held its 6th Annual Day in the school premises, here today.
Raman Bhalla, Minister for Revenue, Relief and Rehabilitation was the chief guest on the occasion, while IGP Hemant Kumar Lohia was the guest of honour.
Over 2500 attended the function, while around 1600 students presented a cultural bonanza that enthralled the audience.
School Principal, Herendra Chakaiyar presented welcome address and said that education is for purpose, which cements and weaves teachers, students and parents into one big family.
Earlier, the programme started with the lighting of traditional lamp by the chief guest and other dignitaries, which was followed by a scintillating cultural programme.
Chaitanya Chowdhary, vice chairman of the school presented vote of thanks, while prominent among others present on the occasion were Vinay Mahajan, Saroj Mahajan, Vishal Chowdhary, Dr Shikha Chowdhary, Julie Chowdhary and Dr Mulkh Raj Chilana.
