JAMMU, Jan 22: KC International School organized educational tours for the students from Class V to Class XI.
According to a handout issued here, the first tour went to Amritsar and the second tour to Delhi and Agra.
The students learnt a lot about the heritage and culture of India.
In Amritsar, the students went to Wagah Border and saw the parade of India and Pakistan Army.
The atmosphere was full of patriotism as every student was shouting the slogans like Vandematram.
On the second day, the students went to Pushpa Gujral Science City which is in Jallandhar, wherein the students saw miracles of Science.
On the third day, the students visited the Golden Temple where they offered prayers, which was followed by the visit to Jallian Wala Bagh.
The second educational tour went to Delhi and Agra.
The students visited the Taj Mahal and were stunned to see the beauty of the Taj.
On the second day, the students visited Akshardham and Birla Mandir, which was followed by a third day visit to Red Fort and India Gate.
During the tour, the students learnt team sprit, cooperation, team management and allied things.
