JAMMU, Feb 27: KC International School celebrated the annual sports meet with pomp and show, in its school ground, here today.
The chief guest for the day was Vinay Mahajan, chairman KCIS, while Chaitanya Chowdhary, vice-chairman was the guest of honour.
Principal of the School, Dr Ravi Bhushan, Vice-Principal, Isaac Daniel and Co-ordinator Primary wing, Nitu Singh were also present on the occasion.
The students performed with full zeal and enthusiasm. Various events were held during the day, which included 50 mtrs, 100 mtrs and relay races represented by the different houses of the School.
Students from Kindergarten to Class III performed some events like flat race, hop race, frog race, puzzle race etc.
Erlier, the chief guest,Vinay Mahajan lit the torch and released the colourful balloons in the air.
Vice-chairperson of KCIS, Saroj Mahajan spoke on the occasion. The Middle School Co-ordinator, Kesar Patel presented the vote of thanks.
The programme concluded with the National Anthem.
