JAMMU, Oct 10: With a view to strengthen the fraternity of fitness enthusiasts of Jammu, KC Sports Club, Jammu organized a ‘Dead Lift’ contest, here today.
Twenty nine competitors took part in the competition in the Air Conditioned Gym fully equipped with Cybex Machines imported from USA.
Nageshwar Singh was declared winner as he lifted 142 kgs, whereas Ashutosh Mahajan and Rudar Sharma lifted 140 kgs and 139 kgs respectively.
Nageshwar Singh received the gold medal, while Ashutosh Mahajan and Rudar Sharma got silver and bronze medals respectively.
