KCPS students attend Visual Art Festival

JAMMU, Oct 6: Six students of KC Public School (KCPS) took part in the online Round Square Visual Art Festival, hosted by Doon School Dehradun.
The theme of the festival was ‘Discovery of Art-A Borderless Approach to Knowledge’ wherein more than 150 students from various countries including Dubai, Jordan, Pakistan and India participated.
The KCPS students who participated in the event include Suhani Sachdeva, Manya Mahajan, Kibriya Gohar, Ojasvi Raina, Sakshi Soni and Samya Vaid. They took ‘Street Art of India’ during the festival and made original street paintings.
The three days festival was started with a keynote address by Martand Khosla, a reputed architect and artist of New Delhi.
Prior to the event, students were given a vast array of topics included Art & Design, Architecture, Monuments, Folk Art, Graffiti, Street Art and famous artists for research.
