Keep coalition intact

Sir,
Refer news item ‘BJP cannot put a rider on Agenda of Alliance’ DE May 1.
If media reports are to be believed, the coalition partners in the State BJP and PDP are drifting apart due to certain differences over policy matters.
The two parties should iron out the differences at the earliest, if any, in the interest of the State. The State came to reconcile their power sharing agreement on the pretext that the people have voted them to power. If the two parties had not come together, the State may have been under Governor’s rule,as there was no other possibility of Government formation in the State. Despite reservations in both the regions, people somehow agreed to their coming together. There may be contradictions and compulsions between the two parties, and they will continue to prevail in the future as well, they should not let them strain relations to the breaking point. It will prove disastrous to the State keeping in view the prevailing crisis.
There are forces working to see them apart, but it is prudent that they should not let them succeed in their nefarious designs.
Yours etc…
