JAMMU, Jan 22: Khour Cricket Club defeated Singh Cricket Club by 7 wickets in an easy contest of the ongoing KC Sports Club Cricket Cup, being played at KC School ground, here.
Earlier, winning the toss and batting first, Singh Cricket Club scored 130 runs in the allotted 20 overs. Govil top scored with 40 runs, while Sunil contributed 17 runs to the total. From Khour Cricket Club, Sunny took 3 wickets, while Chiku claimed 2 wickets.
In reply, Khour Cricket Club chased the target easily by losing just 3 wickets and won the match by 7 wickets. From Khour Cricket Club, Rahul top scored with 53 runs, while Sunny contributed 42 runs to the total. From Singh Cricket Club, Suresh, Sunil and Sushil claimed one wicket each. Rahul of Khour Cricket Club was declared as man of the match.
