KISHTWAR, Oct 10: Police rescued a kidnapped minor girl and arrested the accused, a police official said.
The arrested person has been identified as Sonu Kumar, son of Satish Kumar, a resident of Zelna.
The girl has been handed over to family members after completing medical formalities.
A case under FIR Number 194/17 under Section 363 stands registered with Police Station Kishtwar.
Police team led by DySP Headquarters Tousif Ahmad and assisted by SHO Kishtwar Inspector Sameer Jellani made the arrest under the supervision of SSP Kishtwar Abrar Ahmad Choudhary.
