JAMMU, Dec 29: Kids Planet Pre-School hosted its much-anticipated Annual Day celebration at the Government Polytechnic College Auditorium, Bikram Chowk, Jammu, on the theme “Rainbow – Unity in Diversity.”
The event, which highlighted the creative talents of the young students, was graced by Chairman Ravi Gupta as the chief guest and Director Kanchan Gupta as the guest of honour. Principal Shilpa Kalsotra welcomed the dignitaries and emphasized the school’s commitment to nurturing creativity and promoting unity among children from diverse backgrounds. The celebration commenced with a warm welcome address followed by the ceremonial lighting of the lamp.
The event was marked by a series of captivating performances. It started with a Ganesh Vandana and a melodious welcome song by the teachers. Other notable performances included a mesmerizing Qawwali, festive songs by the Play Group, and regional Dogri and Punjabi songs. Students from Levels II and III showcased their patriotism with a stirring patriotic song, a mobile act with social messages, and Karate demonstrations, displaying both discipline and physical agility.
The event concluded with a vote of thanks by Chairman Ravi Gupta, who expressed gratitude to all attendees for their support. The theme “Rainbow – Unity in Diversity” beautifully captured the school’s inclusive spirit.
