KPC condemns statement of Pak Minister

NEW DELHI, Dec 21: Kashmiri Pandit Conference (KPC) has strongly condemned the statement of Interior Minister of Pakistan,  Rehman Malik who during his recent visit to India has said  that Pakistan  was not responsible for 26/11 attacks,  denied infiltration of terrorists from across the border and made provocative statement over demolition of Babri Masjid.
KPC chief Kundan Kashmiri while addressing meetings here today stated that such statement speaks volumes about malicious designs, insincerity and selfishness of Pak rulers, which should be an eye opener for the Indian leaders. He also questioned State and Central Governments for ignoring the culprits and criminals responsible for killing of hundreds of innocent KPs during turmoil in the Valley.
KPC chief also criticized State and Central Governments for organizing Hurriyat leader’s Pak tour and said that facilitating of such nature of visits to separatists will have dangerous consequences.
Further expressing the concern over gradual damage of heritage and ancient monuments in Kashmir linked to its past culture, he demanded that comprehensive heritage preservation policy for the State and taking all required steps for documentation and showcasing of Kashmir Shivism world wide.
He also demanded that dialogue with Pakistan to facilitate visit of Hindus to Sharda Peeth in PoK, besides, temples and other Hindus religious institution in PoK. Other important KPC leaders who spoke on the same lines were senior vice president M L Raina, Dr. M L Fotedar, Dr. H L Saraf, Sushil Bhat, R L Raina, Surender Bhat, V K Kaul etc.
