JAMMU, Sept 20: Superb half centuries by Anshul and Shivam helped Satisar CC to register an emphatic win over Walley CC by 94 runs in the ongoing Kashmiri Pandit Cricket League (KPCL), being played at KC Sports Ground, here today.
Satisar CC won the toss and elected to bat first. Batting first, Satisar scored 183 runs by losing 5 wickets in stipulated 20 overs. Anshul made 53 runs, whereas Shivam scored 52 runs and Rohit and Rahul contributed 27 and 21 runs. From the bowling side, Akshay and Rohit took 2 wickets each, while Ashish bagged one wicket.
In reply, Walley CC bundled out at 89 runs in 14.5 overs wherein Vikas made highest 20 runs, while Varun and Rakesh 18 and 16 runs to the total respectively. From the bowling side, Anmol took 3 wickets, while Amit, Sagar and Rohit clinched one wicket apiece.
